Registration

Register for 2026! Returning vendors are not required to fill out a new application each year. Simply fill out the online REGISTRATION and send us your vendor fee by one of the listed options.
*NOTE: If you prepay your fees at the event, you do not need to re-apply to be a vendor the following year. *For 2026 only - you will still need to send us your registration. Confirmations will be sent by email so if there are any questions, just let us know.

Returning Vendor Agreement


Vendor Fees

Fees can be paid by:

* Check or money order to: Entertaining History, Inc. at P.O. Box 821, Notre Dame, IN 46556-0821

*Beginning 2026 festival year, vendors choosing to pre/pay with cash, check or money order will receive an additional $5 discount on their vendor space.

*An invoice or payment receipt will be emailed when your registration is received

Vendor Space

Max space - spaces are 15x15 (10x10 tent), which includes gutter space for your tie-downs, etc. If you require bump space that falls outside of these dimensions, additional space will need to be purchased.

Program Ad

All attendees at the Michiana Renaissance Festival will be offered a free program that includes an event map, show schedule, historical information and more (a maximum of 1,000 booklets).

Merchants are offered a discounted rate of $50 for a single 1/4 page advertisement in this booklet.

The size of the advertisement is ~2.25” wide by 3.75” tall. Image requirements: black and white advertisements in .jpg or .gif formats at a minimum of 300 dpi (675p x 1125p) up to a max of 600 dpi (1350p x 2250p).

Merchant Faire Pass/es

Merchant passes are for booth staff, and all staff members must be of legal working age and properly authorized to work in the U.S. Each vendor may receive up to six (6) vendor passes for booth staff at no charge, with additional passes available in advance for $5 each. Passes must be carried by all staff members at all times while on festival grounds. Those without their passes will be required to pay the normal entrance fee to enter.
