Become a Vendor

The Michiana Renaissance Festival is a great venue to sell period appropriate wares. With our location in the center of town in a highly trafficed area, hundreds to thousands of attendees are expected each day.

The vendor approval process takes into account the appropriateness of your products as well as the appearance of your booth and staff to make sure attendees stay immersed in the event. We encourage you to fill out the vendor application below. If you have any questions or if you have special circumstances (such as an odd booth size), be sure to contact us; and we'll do our best to work through the issues.

2026 Michiana Renaissance Festival.

Applications will be accepted from
October 1 2025 - July 1 2026.

Application Process:
1. Complete paper or electronic application (you dont need to do both)
2. Send application and all additional required paperwork, including photos/insurance, etc.
3. Receive confirmation that your application was received
4a. Keep watch for an email requesting any missing information required to complete your application review, b. Mail or email missing documents/information
5. Receive confirmation that your application was accepted and is under review
6. Receive confirmation that your application was approved and payment invoice was sent, or denied for admittance
7. Submit payment of your vendor fees by one of the listed options
6. Receive confirmation that your application was completed and welcome letter with further instructions
